ABOUT

Since establishing my practice in 1990, I have earned a reputation as a trusted authority in my field, regularly providing relationship and health advice through television, radio, and the press.

My practice welcomes individuals of all ages, addressing a diverse range of issues including relationship challenges, performance and confidence concerns, bereavement, post-traumatic stress, work-related problems, phobias, anxiety, and depression. I uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in all my work.

Operating from consulting rooms in Hertfordshire and Harley Street, I have also provided counselling services for Social Services, PPC Employee Assistance, the Law Society, Drug & Alcohol Programs, Probation Services, and school referrals. My approach often involves short-term, focused sessions ranging from 5 to 10 meetings, tailored to each client's unique needs. Depending on the situation, I utilize hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or a combination of these methods. My goal is to help clients gain insights, understand the underlying causes of their issues, and take control of their present and future.

I am a fully trained counsellor, compliant with PCI DSS standards, and regularly engage in continuing professional development with The Royal Society of Medicine. Additionally, I supervise other counsellors and hypnotherapists, having trained as a supervisor at the Metanoia Institute. I also receive regular supervision from a clinical psychologist to ensure the highest quality of care for my clients.
