    With me, you’ll be talking to a therapist who listens, who is fully present and who is totally non-judgemental. In this safe environment, you get to know yourself at a deeper level so healing can commence.

    Counselling enables you to view your life and events logically, so you gain clear understanding of how and why you are. There is always a reason why you feel depressed or anxious, lack confidence, struggle with relationships, be they personal or work-related.

  • Relationships

    Relationship counselling helps you understand/improve/heal your relationships with yourself and or others. Whether it is your relationship with your partner, your child, friends or work, counselling offers the opportunity to learn how to be happy, confident and self-assured in your relationships.

    Communication is the most common presenting problem in relationship counselling. Trust is another common issue, once trust is broken it can be very difficult to rebuild, but counselling can help enormously.

    Trust issues arising from childhood, parents splitting, unreliable & unpredictable parenting, negatively affect our relationship expectations.

    Good relationships are built on mutuality and compromise, or put simply, sharing. Sharing good as well as difficult times.

    I work with parents/children/adolescents helping heal/improve relationships within the family.

    You may be surprised that hypnotherapy can be so effective it’s even occasionally utilised as a substitute for general anaesthesia during surgeries!

    The core of my hypnotherapy services lies in empowering you to control your mind, allowing the creation of new neural pathways that reinforce healthier habits and nurture personally chosen belief systems.

    As an experienced hypnotherapist, my services extend beyond this, encompassing confidence-boosting, breaking away from unhelpful habits, and improving sleep quality.
